I ordered from Polaroid it kind of brought me right back to being a kid. The camera and film arrived without any issues, and that first photo had the same warm, nostalgic look I remembered. Super happy with it.

The whole return process was way more stressful than it needed to be. The refund took forever, and every time I reached out, I felt like I was getting a different answer from someone else. One person would tell me it was being processed, then another would say they couldn’t find the update. It was confusing, messy, and just really frustrating overall.

I was disappointed with how the photos came out. A lot of the shots were blurry, and the colors looked kind of off and unnatural. I’ve used other similar services before that gave me sharper images and more accurate color, so this was a bit of a letdown.

I ordered some film and a camera from polaroid.com, it felt like a fair deal. The delivery was fine, fine, no issues there. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but for the quality and the fun of using it, I’d say it’s worth it to me.

Buying everything was easy overall, though checkout took a bit longer than I expected. To be fair, I was already in a rush, so maybe it felt slower to me than it actually was. The payment page lagged once, but the order went through fine in the end.

I love shooting film, but wow, the prices are getting ridiculous!!! It feels like every time I go to buy a roll, it costs even more than before!!! I wish it was still affordable because it’s such a fun way to take photos!!!

It’s a nice enough gift and looks good, but it felt a bit pricey for what it is. Not bad, just not something that totally wowed me.

I bought this Polaroid camera it works fine and looks really nice. I do enjoy using it. But I’ve got to say, the build quality feels a little cheaper than I expected. The plastic is light, and the film door doesn’t feel as solid as it probably should for the price. It’s not a bad camera, but it does kind of feel like they cut a few corners on the materials

The item arrived, but the box was in rough shape. You’d think it would be packed a little better for shipping, just common sense. Luckily nothing seemed completely ruined, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.

I ordered from polaroid.com i was a little worried about the shipping at first. But it showed up exactly when they said it would, so that was nice. The tracking worked fine too, and the box came in good shape. No hassle at all, I'd order from them again.

I ordered film weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up, which is frustrating. I get that delays happen, but it kind of feels like this should’ve been handled or at least communicated better.

My camera stopped working while it was still under warranty, so I figured, okay, this should be straightforward, contact Polaroid, send whatever they need, and either get it fixed or replaced. Nope. Instead, I got slow replies, the same questions over and over, and basically zero clear direction. I sent the info they asked for, then somehow kept getting passed around like nobody wanted to actually deal with it. Weeks went by and nothing was really resolved. At this point, the warranty feels like it only exists so they can say they offer one. Super frustrating and disappointing.

The camera looks really nice and the design definitely stands out, but it’s a little chunkier than I expected. It still feels decent overall, though for the size, I’d expect some kind of discount or compensation to make up for it.

I was hoping to buy some film, but it looked like it wasn’t in stock when I checked. Maybe I just missed it, but it seems like the stuff sells out fast.

I had a small issue and didn’t feel like dealing with a long back-and-forth. Luckily, support got back to me quickly and fixed it without making it a whole thing. Made the experience way less annoying for me...

Bottom line: I expected a lot smoother for the price. The camera itself is fun when it actually works, but getting the app to stay connected has been a headache. It either drops the connection randomly or takes forever to pair with my phone. I tried restarting everything and even reinstalling the app, but nothing really changed. It’s just frustrating because the camera has potential, but the connection issues make it hard to enjoy

I’ve had a fun time using this film overall. Most of the shots came out with that nice, moody look I was hoping for, and those are the ones I tend to remember. A few frames were darker or more faded than I expected, though, which was a little frustrating considering the price. Still, when it works, it really does have a great feel to it.

I've ordered from them a few times now, mostly because I keep putting things off until the last minute, and the prints have come out the same every time. The colors look right, the sizing matches what I expected, and I haven't had any surprises so far. Happy with them.
